This Privacy Policy explains how limited personal information is collected and used in connection with our website, email communications, and educational offerings.  We intentionally collect only what is necessary to share information about our courses, to operate our studio, and to provide access to educational content.  By using this website, enrolling in a course, or using any content or services provided by Caitlin Winner, you agree to the practices described below.

Your information may be collected when you:

  • Subscribe to our newsletter via Flodesk

  • Enroll in or access courses hosted through Kajabi

  • Contact us directly by email team@caitlinwinner.com

All information is provided voluntarily by you.

How Your Information is Used

Your information is used solely to:

  • Share newsletters and announcements you have opted into

  • Provide access to online courses and educational materials

  • Communicate with you regarding enrollment or support questions

 We do not use personal data for advertising, profiling, or tracking across websites.

Third‑Party Platforms

We use trusted third‑party services to operate our studio, including Flodesk for newsletter delivery and email communication, Kajabi for course hosting, Stripe, Kajabi Payment and Squarespace Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay for secure payment processing.  These providers process your information only as needed to deliver their services and maintain their own privacy and security standards.  We do not grant third parties permission to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies and Website Functionality

We use cookies that are necessary for the basic functioning of our website and online educational platforms, such as enabling page navigation, remembering preferences, and maintaining secure access to courses.  We do not use marketing pixels, behavioral advertising tools, or crosssite tracking technologies; however, our email communications may include standard tracking technology that allows us to see whether messages have been opened or links clicked.  This information is used solely to improve our communications and is not used for advertising, profiling, or crosssite tracking. Thirdparty platforms we rely on, such as Kajabi, may set essential cookies required for login, payment processing, and course delivery.  These cookies are governed by the respective privacy policies of those service providers.

Minors

This website is not intended for children under the age of 13.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.  We will delete any personal information collected that is later determined to be from a user younger than the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe he or she has disclosed personal information to us, please contact us.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to:
